VietFull opened on Marrickville Rd to serve the kind of food you would find on a street corner in Hue: fast, fresh and full of flavour.
Central Vietnamese cooking is different from what most people expect. It is bolder, spicier in places, and built around broths and sauces that take hours to get right. That is the food we serve here.
Every bowl of pho starts with a broth simmered from scratch. Every banh xeo is folded to order. Nothing sits under a heat lamp waiting for someone to order it.
The kitchen.
It is a small, busy kitchen right on Marrickville Rd. Counter ordering, quick turnaround, and a menu built around the dishes that matter most in Vietnamese street food culture.
We keep the menu tight so everything on it is made properly, rather than trying to do everything and doing none of it well.
The food.
Pho, bun, com, banh mi and banh xeo, the staples of Vietnamese street food, done the way they are meant to be done.
Fresh herbs, real broth, and a kitchen that does not cut corners. That is the whole philosophy.
